Evictions Are Expensive Enough. We Don't Need to Make Them More Expensive.
Metro Eviction Services was built around straightforward service and transparent pricing.
Property owners should know what a service costs before authorizing it.
Metro service fees should be clearly identified. Court filing fees, sheriff fees, process-server charges and other outside costs should be identified separately whenever applicable.
Professional Doesn't Have to Mean Expensive.
Metro's workflow is intentionally designed around efficient document preparation, appropriate mail service, electronic communication, remote court appearances and statewide coordination. The goal is straightforward: professional eviction support without unnecessary expense.
The Metro approach
A Smarter Way to Handle an Oregon Eviction.
Metro combines experienced case handling, efficient service methods and remote court appearances to help keep routine eviction costs manageable — without leaving property owners to figure out the process themselves.
Prepared for Your Case
Not generic forms. Metro reviews the information provided and prepares documents for the specific matter.
Efficient Service
When appropriate and legally permitted, Metro uses First-Class Mail and other efficient service methods to reduce unnecessary service and travel costs.

Complete eviction support
Complete Eviction Support
$325 + Court Filing Fees
A streamlined start-to-possession service for standard Oregon residential eviction matters that do not proceed to contested trial.
Metro's standard package is designed around efficient, lower-cost service methods. When legally permitted and appropriate for the particular notice and circumstances, notice service is handled using U.S. First-Class Mail. First appearances are handled remotely by video when permitted and available. This allows Metro to provide comprehensive eviction support while minimizing unnecessary travel and physical service expenses.
