Not a Law Firm
Metro Eviction Services is not a law firm and does not provide attorney representation or legal advice. Nothing on this website or in a consultation is legal advice. Submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship. Matters requiring attorney representation may be referred to an Oregon attorney.
Scope of Services
Services are limited to those permitted by applicable law and court rules and are described in the service authorization provided for your matter. Complete Eviction Support is designed for a qualifying standard residential eviction matter and does not include contested evidentiary trial, jury trial or appeal.
No Guarantees
Metro does not promise or guarantee any outcome, result or timeline. Court schedules, service requirements, sheriff availability and occupant conduct are outside Metro's control.
Customer Information
Metro prepares documents and services based upon the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information and represent that you are authorized to request services for the property.
Fees and Third-Party Costs
Metro service fees are identified before authorization. Court filing fees, sheriff fees, process-server charges, mailing costs and other third-party expenses are separate where applicable. Work begins after authorization and payment.
Cash for Keys
The Cash for Keys service fee covers Metro's coordination service only. Any relocation or move-out incentive paid to an occupant is separately funded by the property owner.
